Marty Supreme
A self-initiated CGI motion piece for A24’s Marty Supreme: ping-pong balls, type in motion and a character study.

01 — Context
Marty Supreme follows a table-tennis hustler chasing greatness. Sparsh Dhiman made this self-initiated motion piece to explore how the film’s swagger could live in 3D: in props, in type and in a stylised character.
02 — Concept
The piece is built on one line of attitude, delivered word by word: “… tell you you can’t do something. Not even me.” Each phrase appears alone in red on a soft pink field, before cutting hard into a dark blue world of paddles and balls.

03 — Process
We modelled a custom ball stamped MARTY SUPREME / MADE IN AMERICA, then simulated dozens of them clustering into a single spinning form under hard rim light. A red paddle drops through the frame, and the camera rides the balls in slow motion.
The finale is a stylised character in a red and royal-blue Marty Supreme tracksuit, rendered with rimless glasses, rotating on a lit plinth.

04 — The result
A 35-second piece that shows Sprsh’s range in modelling, simulation, lighting, character work and type in motion, and how a brand’s attitude can be translated into a 3D world.
